So.. as some of you have noticed, I love taking pics of the little kids I nanny for. They brighten my day and are simply too cute not to pull out my camera once in awhile and take a few shots.
In leu of Easter, we decided to color eggs! Now..Georgia is 2 and Vincent is almost 7 months..lets be honest Vincent wasn’t much help, but he did grunt a few times in moral support. I give “G” props for her patience and for not spilling anything which is pretty good for her age. She is one smart little cookie thats for sure.
Happy Boy in mom’s arms! Which is about the only place he is happy…. but I still love him :)
Well of course it’s a hard decision? I don’t know what color is MY favorite, how would a 2 year old??!!??
then of course comes the waiting…
and waiting… she is trying to put on a good face, but its killing her to not be able to touch them..
are they ready yet? …..not yet “G”….
OK!!! Go!
finished product…Ain’t she cute??!!!???
Happy Easter Everyone!
with love,
Sarah Liz

Im not a photographer at all, but I am a new mom wanting to take pictures of my son all the time and I wanted to invest in a good camera and lens to take pictures like these. I have been searching for a camera but its so hard to find what im looking for if i dont understand much of photography & cameras. these pictures are super nice! help! lol

Hey Brenda! I definitely suggest taking a class first to understand light, aperture, shutter speeds, etc. A lot goes into taking a good photo :) Indy Photo Coach has a lot of great classes to help new photographers. Sarah is actually a teacher for IPC.
These shots were taken by Sarah with the 50mm 1.4 Nikkor lens on her D700.
