Wow, What an absolutely stunning wedding this was. The weather was perfect, the bride and groom adorable, and this venue!! I thought it odd when Michelle put on her info sheet that her favorite wedding detail was her venue until I pulled in the driveway and gasped! This is a photographers paradise and a dream for any bride and groom. I felt like I was in a fairy tale being tucked back on the Meadow Brook property all day. Did you know that this “museum” is the only historical home that has all of the original furniture in it?! Yes PLEASE! Built in 1926, the widow of John Dodge (yes as in Dodge the car company) built this mansion to live in with her husband, and in case you were wondering I think I counted at least 10 garages :)

What a FUN and FANTASTIC day this was…sorry for the LONG post, It was hard to choose!

Let me introduce you to Bella, Shane and Michelle’s ADORABLE French Bulldog who was a BIG part of the day. She is the sweetest!

Seriously, my favorite part of every wedding day…I heard Shane say really quietly “Oh my Gosh” when the door opened and Michelle walked out…I had goosebumps! 

Rachel flew up in an airplane to get this shot….just kidding ;)
