I recently discovered the Dayspring Center through an event my husband’s work sponsored. Since then it has been on my heart to help out and I felt like what better to provide these families for the holidays than a family photo! I traveled downtown today and was blessed by these families who all came dressed ready for their photos. How cute is Emily? Just 4 weeks old!! AHH I wanted to take her and all her cuteness home with me!!!

This is Emily Rose…I held her as long as I could! so stinkin precious! 

The Dayspring Center is located in downtown Indianapolis. Families who have lost their homes are given food, shelter, clothing and support to help them get back on their feet.  I cannot imagine not having a home, or being able to feed, clothe, and house my children! These  families need a little support and Dayspring is the avenue to provide that for them. BUT they need OUR HELP!!  These families at Dayspring have a chance for a new start, and YOU CAN HELP!!!

Interested in helping a family for Christmas??? Please read the below message from one of the saints at Dayspring, Michelle Jackson.

 “One of the missions we have at Dayspring is to empower our parents and give them a sense of pride. One way we can do that is to give them the feeling of joy and accomplishment by providing them with the financial tools to provide Christmas gifts for their children. This year we are asking that as friends and partners of Dayspring you will provide gift cards to be giving to the parents so that they may be able to purchase gifts and toys for their children. Below you will find a breakdown of the amount needed to provide a wonderful Christmas to the children we serve.

Dayspring Center Case Managers will accompany the parents on the shopping trips. There are also opportunities to come in and help wrap presents with the parents.

• $150: Gift card for a parent with 2 – 3 children will provides gifts, clothing
• $250: Gift card for a parent with 3 – 4 children will provides gifts, clothing
•  $350: adopts a family of 4 – 6 children will provides gifts, clothing

Wal-Mart,Target, Meijer, Kohls, Visa and Mastercard . You can also donate gift cards from Kroger, Marsh, Aldi.

We will also accept $10, $20, $25 and $50…gift cards to help supplement the above amounts. 

All donations need to be to us no later than Monday December 16^th. 2013
