Matt and Joyce had the most amazing Summer wedding day at The Inn at St. Johns in Plymouth, Michigan.

One thing I always love about this venue is that everything is in one place! The hotel rooms are conveniently right on site, the ceremony is breathtaking, the grounds are picture perfect and the Atrium reception room couldn’t be more stunning with that all glass ceiling!

Joyce and I know each other from high school, and I’m pretty sure it was friends like her that got me through those days (amen to good friends, especially during those days, amiright!?) We spent countless days singing our hearts out to Ashlee Simpson in her car, went to Cabo for senior Spring Break and worked on our tan poolside in her backyard. Rough days ;) Joyce has always been a dedicated individual, not only to her friends, but anything she puts her mind to. Despite multiple ACL tears and surgeries, she continued to push through and played Soccer in college. This girl doesn’t back down and settle. Which leads me to Matt! He’s patient, laid back, kind and a go-with-the-flow kinda guy. He seems pretty perfect and I can see why Joyce snatched him right up :) You two make a great pair and I’m thrilled for your journey as husband and wife. Thank you for allowing me to capture one of the best days of your life!

Probably my favorite photo of the day! Joyce is crying, her dad looking at Joyce and Matt watching is bride walk down the aisle. I love those real moments!
