Anytime I can get back to Michigan, I’m all for it! Detroit has truly become an entirely different city from when I lived there. Beautiful shops, gorgeous architecture, and so many photo worthy locations!!

I was thrilled when Angie and Rick asked me to photograph their wedding over a year ago. It just so happened that I already planned a trip to DC with my husband when I booked their wedding, and guess what, that’s where they live! We decided on an early sunrise engagement session at the Lincoln Memorial with their ADORABLE pup-child. After that, I knew their wedding day was going to be awesome. Angie and Rick are so easy to get along with, and make you feel like close friends after just a few hours together.

Angie and Rick’s beautiful Fall wedding day at the Detroit Athletic Club was absolutely beautiful. It was a brisk, sunny day.. the type of early November Michigan day you hope for. Angie and Rick had their ceremony and reception at the Detroit Athletic Club in downtown Detroit. Their friends and family gave the most incredible toasts, and they had an unforgettable evening dancing the night away.
